OU MANJE DEJA?

Meet Chef Alain Lemaire

Award-winning Chef Alain Lemaire is a proud native of Port-au-Prince, Haiti, where his love for cooking began as a simple desire to create meals on his own terms—what he wanted, when he wanted it. That early curiosity turned into a lifelong passion, leading him to pursue a degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University.

Today, Chef Alain is the Co-owner and Executive Chef of Sensory Delights, a boutique-style catering company based in Florida known for its bold flavors and creative presentations. He’s also the founder of Ou Manje Deja?, a private chef service that has grown into a dynamic brand featuring pop-up experiences and a signature line of merchandise.

Chef Alain’s talents have taken him to the big screen, including appearances on Food Network favorites like Chopped, Cutthroat Kitchen, and Fire Masters. He also starred as the host chef for the “Taste of Haiti” episode of Luda Can’t Cook on Discovery+, alongside Grammy-winning artist and restaurateur Chris “Ludacris” Bridges.

A frequent guest chef at premier food festivals and events around the globe, Alain has showcased his Caribbean-inspired cuisine at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival, Charleston Wine & Food Festival, Grace Jamaican Jerk Festival, Food, Wine and Fete, and many more.

When he’s not in the kitchen or on set, Chef Alain shares his culinary knowledge with national publications including USA Today, The New York Times, Food & Wine Magazine, Saveur, Epicurious, and others—serving as a trusted voice for authentic Caribbean cuisine.
